We operate the Finnish sauna with a temperature of up to 90 ° C and a dry heat. That strengthens your circulation and your immune system. Our sauna has a salt stone wall, light therapy and back heating.
Bowling alley
Bowling is not only fun, it also stimulates the mind and flexibility. Our bowling alley itself corresponds to the traditional Westphalian bowling, which is called in German language “kegeln”. Even if that sport seems a bit out of style, as soon as you have dared to throw a few throws, the enthusiasm is quickly there. Bowling or “kegeln” is a very sociable sport with a high fun factor. After dinner, a round of skittles can be an ultimate highlight. Our bowling alley is therefore extremely popular. The control system is state of the art. In addition to a variety of classic Kegel-games such as clearing etc., it also offers modern bowling programs.

Our fitness room offers a small, but good selection of professional cardio equipments such as a exercise bikes, cross trainers or rower. It is exclusively available to our hotel guests.
